Red tea with raspberry
Rooibos means “Red Bush” and is a South African pine bush that blossoms in September during the Southern Hemisphere Spring Month. It grows only in the Cederberg region, 250 km north of Cape Town, and it’s not found anywhere else on the planet.
The tea has a beautiful red color and is rich on antioxidants, which has made it popular all over the world although it is still relatively unknown. It has a slightly sweet and mild taste to it and doesn’t contain any tannins or caffeine.
Forest raspberries does wonders for the rooibos tea and compliments the round taste. Together with mild bubbles and a tad bit of cane sugar, hlé red tea is a favorite - ready to drink in your break.
